I know it is hard to believe that I could possibly make anything crafty on my own, but I did!!! Okay, I didn't exactly "make" it as in cut/miter/sand/paint-Heidi Russell style. I more "assembled" it. Got a frame from Michael's, got a piece of metal from Home Depot & cut it down to size. (hey, that counts!) Got some "rub-on's" from the scrapbook store and some funky glazed dot things to glue on to magnets. (By the way, I haven't been to the scrapbook store in years and things have really come a long way from stickers and diecuts!!! Wowee.) Rubbed, sprayed with clear-coat, put in frame and VOILA!! A project perfectly suitable for Trevor's tween-aged cousin's bedroom. 36"x 11". Not bad.

Wow -- great job! I'm going to try and get a craft group together through our church and I've been looking for idea. Thanks for sharing!
Katherine-
That is too cute!! I have a huge piece of tin that is just waiting to be screwed to a wall in our future home. I am going to steal your idea and "embellish" it like you've done. Hope that is ok- Great job!! I also love the bows.

That is a great project--looks very cool. I am so impressed that you made ALL of it! I just got some of those glass circles to make magnets with too--what kind of glue did you use between the colored paper and the glass?
I love the hairbows too--those bows are impressive!
what a cute idea! I wish I was being more crafty...I still need to finish my valentines table quilt from last year...I'm not sure I even remember how!
Oooooh, good work! I'm very impressed. I honestly think you got all the natural crafty genes in the family...or maybe the just the ones that make you gutsy enough to try. Looks great!
See look how crafty you can be. That is darling. I too, may have to copy someday. Great bows too, my bow skills need a little help. Poor Trevor's mom. I can't believe she did that. At least she had great care.
Heidi Russell style is no more! I have not lifted a finger since moving. Very cute though.
You are totally crafty! Look how cute your bows and latest project are. Your house always looked so cute too. Have you heard about the AWESOME bow-store in Mesa??? You would LOVE it!
Hey...I just may have to make one myself...very cute!
