LIttle knees and elbows
Last night I was laying in bed reading the good old classic, "What to Expect When You are Expecting", and I could feel the baby doing some serious acrobatics in there. I called to Trevor and he came running up. He put his hand on my tummy and he got a little elbow or knee or something in the hand! It was so exciting! I know that nearly all of my friends and family have been through pregnancies before so this is not that exciting to read about, but it was so great for Trevor to finally feel her for the first time. I have always laughed about "The Miracle of Life" but the further into pregnancy I get, the more I really see what a miracle it all is. I feel so incredibly lucky.

It is so fun when you can start feeling the baby! It is exciting when you can start to guess whether it is a foot, or an elbow or a hand pushing. We can't wait for little baby Winegar!!
We have to agree with Camille and Ryan... We can hardly wait to meet baby girl! How exciting. We are thinking about you guys!
oh Kath--that is the best feeling! I am so excited for you. I love hearing about your pregnancy--it reminds me of those wonderfully miraculous things about a baby growing inside its mommy. Are you even showing yet?!
Wonderful news, Kath! Enjoy every moment, it is a miraculous time. Carrying a baby in your womb is profoundly sacred, a time when you are a co-creator with God. We were told in the temple one time that the first priesthood ordinance performed on Earth is birth. We will wonder in the miracle again as you share these next months with us.
