Anyway, we had the most fun party out in the yard. The weather was beautiful and all of the food turned out well. Two friends and I made about 90 chimichangas and they were delicious! It was a really fun way to serve a crowd. Here are some photos of the festivities.

Uncle Derek came! This is the only half-good picture I got of Savvy's dress, but it is a cute one of the two of them.

Part of the group as they started to gather.

I roped off part of the yard where I had put all of the eggs. Each kid got 12 eggs, so the yard was COVERED with them. The kids all lined up by the fence and we started with the youngest then worked our way up to the older kids. I really enjoyed being the Easter bunny!!

I didn't mean to catch my friend's back side, :) but I did mean to catch the little girl reaching up to the mail box to get some eggs. It was so cute to see the kids race around and collect their eggs.
The present ball. The kids really had fun with it. This first little boy got his present and when it fell out he shouted, "A PTERODACTYL!!!!" As if it was the best thing he had ever seen. All the other little boys said, "cool!!" It totally made my day!

Of course Pacee was there, and there were dozens of hugs. They are such good friends.

Are you fun or what? I wish we would could have come over for Easter - Eliza would have loved the festivities. We enjoyed Easter with some fresh snow on the ground!!
Girl, only you would host a party like that! Amazing! Looks like so much fun! I can't wait until our wee one can do Easter egg hunts. But when that happens I'm sure I'll miss the days where he was a newbee. Hope to see you soon! Call when you're in Utah next!
