Spring in AZ

Spring is here, summer will be here later this afternoon. (It gets hot SO fast.) We are already swimming on a regular basis! In the mean time, the weather is beautiful and we are capitalizing.

Not so sure about the footwear selection. I prefer flip flops or bare feet on warm days, but slippers work too.

We went to a great dinner theater matinee of the Little Mermaid with Savannah's Great-Grandmother. Savannah liked it all except when the lights went out at the very beginning. She yelled, "MAMA, I CAN'T SEE ANYTHING!!!"

This is dear McKinzi, our cousin and Savannah's kindred spirit. S often prefers her over me!

I asked Savannah to smile for the camera and EVERY time on "three" she turned her head sideways and made a silly face. (Once again, "I'm getting what I deserve, I'm reaping what I sow...")



She liked the show.
Post-show ice cream with our beloved Godfrey cousins, with whom we practically live. Savannah really believes she is one of the big girls.
